Ford Ranger is expanding its catalog. Two special edition series will be released at the end of this year. A model for every personality.
Stormtrak
This pickup will be availabble both in double cab and supercab. With this Stormtrak, Ford Ranger wants to attrack an audience who wants a fully equiped pickup truck. The Stormtrak is comparable with a complete Wildtrak, but for this limited edition, Ford went all out completing the Stormtrak with a Striking Rapid-red paint, special decoration and logo's.
The inside of this fiercelooking Stormtrak will have the same seats of the Ford Rander Raptor and a 2.0 Ecoblue diesel engine with 213 hp and 500 Nm under the hood. This whole block is attached to an automatic transmission and four-wheel drive. This version of Ford comes with a new electric roll cover for the cargo box which you can operate remotely.
Wolftrak
The Wolftrak looks incredibly adventurous thanks to its matte black grille, skidplate protection and black 17-inch alloy rims. This pickup is also equipped with a sports bar to attach accessories and others loads, but will not include an electric roll cover like the Stormtrak. You will be able to buy this seperately. The Wolftrak's 4-wheel drive system features an electronic locking rear differential, so you'll have plenty of traction on loose terrain. Off-road tires are also a standard option.
This limited edition of Ford Ranger is powered by a 2.0 EcoBlue diesel engine of 170 hp with either a six-speed manual transmission or an automatic transmission. This Wolftrak will come in different shades of gray like Conquer Grey or Sea Grey. Inside, you will find a Sync 3 infotainment system with an 8-inch touchscreen.
Both limited editions will come out starting in October 2021.
